Quality Control System

Introduction

The Quality Control System integrates with the Production Control System to extend management control and reporting as a front end to Quality Control in Goods Receiving, Purchasing, Production or Finished Goods areas.

Benefits

  • Dynamic analysis of Scrap/Rejects as it is reported, ensures timely reaction to previously ‘Stop gap’ methods of operational management control
  • Extensive reporting of cost analysis based on periodic reporting of Quality returns ensures that management reduce the surprise element of rejects

Features

  • Standard methods of AQL sampling techniques
  • Defined coding system ensures simplified report structures
  • Easy to use with ‘friendly’ screens - help all the way through the system

A Closer Look

  • Provides priority sequencing of work in Goods Receiving Department with sampling plans based on Vendor Merit Rating Scheme
  • Daily Reports by Operator or Work Centre for Scrap/Rejects
  • Can access data provided by sophisticated shop floor data collection systems (man or machine based)
  • The system can be tailored to provide Quality audit trails for ‘where used' or ‘used on’ requirements.
